What is the weather forecast for cooler temperatures?
We’ll have a brief period of warmth and humidity tonight as the first cold front sweeps across the country. The temperatures will rise into the mid- to low-80s with highs near or above 80 degrees.
Due to the fact that the front remains hung up near the Everglades and the Florida Keys on Saturday, the clouds will continue to hang around throughout the entire day.
It is likely that we will have sporadic showers, especially near the coasts, in the coming days.
On the Treasure Coast, temperatures are expected to drop to the low 70s, while on the Palm Beaches, it will be in the mid 70s.
South Florida is expected to experience an unseasonably cool stretch of weather from Sunday night through the middle of next week, courtesy of a second cold front that will reinforce the first.
Predictions For The Short Term
Today: Mostly sunny with some clouds. In the Treasure Coast area, showers are possible. In addition to the heat, it is very humid as well. The high is going to be 84 degrees.
Saturday: Sunshine and a cool breeze break through the cloud cover. Showers along the coast are quick. It was 76 degrees at the high point.
SUNDAY: Sun and clouds. High 76.
